Shipping & Returns

Hello Paper Girl goods currently ship within the UK only. I use Royal Mail Tracked 48 to send all my cards and prints. Royal Mail aim to deliver within 2-3 working days. All orders received by 1pm will be shipped on the same working day (Monday-Friday). 

I want you to love your order from Hello Paper Girl so please get in touch if this is not the case. I am happy for items to be returned (within 14 days of receiving your order), however, I do not cover the postage cost of returning the item. Once the unwanted item has been returned in a resalable condition, I will refund the full cost of the order plus any original postage cost which may have been paid. 

I carefully package all my goods so they don’t arrive damaged, but from time to time some get damaged in the post. If this happens, please get in touch within 2 days of receipt of the item with a photograph of the damage so I can replace it for you.
